We're a Property Investment Company which specialises in BRR (Buy, Refurb, Refinance) Strategy.

We rent our properties as single lets and HMOs (House of Multiple Occupation). We're always on the lookout for BMV (Below Market Value) properties.

 If you're an investor and you're willing to do JVs (Joint Ventures) with us please get in touch as we're always on the lookout for partnerships.

 If you're a tenant looking to rent with us as a single let or Shared Accommodation, do get in touch and we'll let you know the properties we have available.

Our Longterm goal is to venture into Developments and Commercial Conversions.
